Description

Simon Bize, Savigny Beaune Rouge Vintage:2020 The supporting tannins are firm Zaca Mesa Vineyard Viognier & Rousanne The supporting tannins are firm but clearly phenolically mature and this should repay 12 to 15 years of aging It has the juiciness of ripe Garnacha but with the stony austerity of the soils The medium weight flavors are not quite as dense though they are finer with a velvety texture that smooths off the less rustic yet serious finish warm earth and violet
